At The Zodiac Nest, every order begins its journey only after you place it — each product is lovingly made-to-order by our trusted printing partners. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your cozy treasures travel from our nest to yours.

Processing Time

Because all our items are print-on-demand, please allow a short crafting window before shipment.

  • Average production time: 3 – 5 business days
  • During holidays or peak seasons: a little longer (we’ll always keep you updated)

You’ll receive an email once your order has been printed and shipped — complete with a tracking link when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries including:

  • United States | United Kingdom | Canada | Australia | Europe | Singapore

If you live elsewhere, feel free to contact us — we’ll happily check if delivery is possible to your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery speed depends on where you live and which print facility fulfills your order.

Region Estimated Delivery

  • United States: 5 – 10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 14 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7 – 15 business days
  • Asia (incl. Singapore): 10 – 20 business days

Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear while carriers process the package.
Customs & Import Taxes
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or VAT, depending on your country’s laws.
  • Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend checking your local customs information before ordering.
Address Accuracy
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
  • If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours so we can try to correct it before printing or dispatch.
  • Once an item is in production or shipped, we can’t guarantee address changes.
Missing or Delayed Orders

  • We’ll coordinate with our fulfillment partners to investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
Split Shipments
  • To deliver your order faster, some items may ship separately from different facilities.
  • Don’t worry if your cozy items arrive in multiple packages — they’re all part of one happy delivery.
