At The Zodiac Nest, every item is created with care and a sprinkle of cozy magic. We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

1) Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

To speed things up, include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the issue (product + packaging)
  • A short description of what went wrong

2) Custom & Print-on-Demand Products

All our products are made to order through trusted print partners.
Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed your mind or wrong size)
  • Slight color variation between digital mockups and final prints (minor differences are normal due to screen calibration and print process)

Every piece is unique — printed especially for you once your order is placed.

3) Wrong Size or Address

Please double-check your shipping address and product details before checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours — we’ll do our best to correct it before production starts.

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee changes once printing begins or if the order has already shipped.

4) Returns Due To Non-Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, we can resend it after payment of new shipping costs.

5) Refund Processing
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refund timing may vary by bank or card provider (typically 5–10 business days).
6) Exchanges
  • At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different size or variant, please place a new order once your refund or replacement is confirmed.
7) Children’s Purchases

While our designs are family-friendly, our store is intended for adults aged 18 and above. Parents or guardians who find an unauthorized purchase by a child should contact us immediately to resolve the order or refund appropriately.
